The following is a very short survey covering a number of areas that relate to the evolution of employee surveys. Once you click on the "Begin" button below, you will be brought to an assessment grid where you will be asked to evaluate your Company's employee survey program. There is a short description of each level within the grid. Rolling your mouse over the bubble in each cell will provide a more detailed description.
The resulting data will help us to benchmark where companies are in a number of "dimensions" of survey practice covering both substantive and process areas.
All data will be kept confidential. No one company's individual results will ever be shared; we will only display data in aggregate form (10 or more companies).
Your participation will allow us to create and provide to you a confidential report. Your company will have access to these results free of charge.
